Stratex Solutions will never ask you for your password. Please never give your password to anyone for any reason. If needed your password will be reset, and that does not require you to give your password to the person helping you.

    Ascend supports fully updated versions of Chrome, Edge and Firefox only.
  • Brief but complete description of the steps you take and the issue you are presented with.
  • Screen shot, if possible, of the error. Please include the entire browser window include the URL bar at the top.
